Action Solidarité pour le Développement Humain (ASODH) is an international solidarity association in accordance with the 1901 law, whose headquarters are located at 15 Rue Raymond Losserand 75014 Paris, and is represented by Mrs. Sabine Didierlaurent, its President. ASODH has been working since 1996 to help the most disadvantaged populations through rural and social development actions throughout the world in order to promote fundamental rights. ASODH acts by responding to local requests by supporting projects in the areas of housing, infrastructure, water, sanitation, hygiene and social assistance. ASODH also carries out training, awareness-raising and information activities as well as advocacy.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the European Regulation EU 2016/679 on data protection of 25 May 2018 (GDPR), ASODH is committed to ensuring the protection of the personal data of all persons with whom it has a relationship through all digital or paper media. As data controller, ASODH explains how the personal data it collects and hosts is processed and protected.
Collected data
As part of its activities, ASODH collects personal data from anyone who is close to or interested in the association’s activities and projects. This includes employees, candidates, volunteers, donors, partners, website visitors, and beneficiaries.
The personal collected data concern:
- – Civil status data: surname, first name, title, date of birth
- – Contact point data: postal address, email, telephone number
- – Connection data: date, time, IP address, software and hardware, cookies
Processing of personal data
As part of its missions, ASODH is required to collect and process personal data via the asodh.org website, to meet specific and legitimate purposes, including:
- – Processing and managing user requests (beneficiaries, volunteers, partners, candidates, etc.)
- – Information management and external communication
- – Management of relationships with volunteers, beneficiaries, partners
- – The management and implementation of the association’s missions and projects
- – Analysis of navigation (see cookie policy)
ASODH has no commercial purpose, neither in its own use nor through transfers of personal data to third parties.
The duration of data retention
Personal data is kept for a period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed.
Data sharing
ASODH only communicates the data it collects to its authorized internal services, its partners and its subcontractors only to the extent that this is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose(s) communicated.

Data protection
