Action Solidarité pour le Développement Humain (ASODH) is an international solidarity association in accordance with the law of 1901, whose head office is located at 15 Rue Raymond Losserand 75014 Paris, and is represented by Mrs Marie-Cécile DESALBRES, its President. ASODH has been working since 1996 to help the most disadvantaged populations through rural and social development actions around the world in order to promote fundamental rights. ASODH acts by responding to local requests by supporting projects in the areas of housing, infrastructure, water, sanitation, hygiene and social assistance. ASODH also conducts training, awareness and information actions as well as advocacy.Conformément aux dispositions de la Loi « Informatique et Libertés » du 6 janvier 1978 et au Règlement Européen UE 2016/679 sur la protection des données du 25 mai 2018 ( RGPD ), ASODH s’engage à assurer la protection des données personnelles de toutes les personnes avec qui elle entretient une relation au travers de tous supports numériques ou papier. En tant que responsable de traitement, ASODH explicite comment les données à caractère personnel, qu’elle collecte et héberge, sont traitées et protégées.
The data collected
As part of its actions, ASODH collects personal data from any person close to or interested in the actions and projects carried out by the association. These include employees, applicants, volunteers, donors, partners, website visitors, and beneficiaries.
The personal data collected concerns:
– Civil status data: surname, first name, title, date of birth
– Point of contact data: postal address, email, telephone number
– Transactional data: bank details, amount and date of donation
– Connection data: date, time, IP address, software and hardware, cookies
The processing of personal data
As part of its missions, ASODH collects and processes personal data via the asodh.org website, to meet specific and legitimate purposes, including:
– The processing and management of user requests (beneficiaries, volunteers, partners, candidates, etc.)
– Information management and external communication
– Managing relationships with volunteers, beneficiaries, partners
– The management and implementation of the missions and projects of the association

ASODH has no commercial purpose, neither for its own use nor via transfers of personal data to third parties.
