RDCongo | Project monitoring

Meeting with our beneficiaries in #Uvira and #Katogota in South Kivu Province. This community reintegration project for vulnerable young women, initiated in 2019, has helped 50 beneficiaries until now. Our local partner, AJEDI-Ka / rdcongo, has developed three core competencies to ensure the sustainability of this project:Training Centre : Acquisition of technical skills in the field of sewing and embroidery ;

Education : Access to basic education through literacy classes supervised by a former beneficiary ;

Agricultural Cluster : Production of maize and cassava, market gardening activities as part of an agricultural cooperative. This income-generating activity (AGR) is a sustainable source of funding for the sustainability of the project while providing the beneficiaries with a supplement in food assistance.
